  • Customized or personalized planners are not eligible for return, except in cases of defects or errors.

2. How to Return:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number.
  • Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Note: Refunds will be processed after deducting return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
